The Depok and Karet sluice gates were in alert 3. This is due to the rising water flow in the Katulampa Dam, Bogor that has an impact on the Ciliwung River.

Besides Katulampa, at 7 PM, there are two sluices in alert 3

Officer of Jakarta BPBD's Pusdalops, Muchtiyanto said, both sluices is one stream with Ciliwung River. For Depok Sluice Gate, the water level reached 210 cm and Karet Sluice Gate 460 cm.

"Besides Katulampa, at 7 PM, there are two sluices in alert 3," he told.

For Depok Sluice Gate, regions that prone to flooding are Srengseng Sawah, Rawajati, Kalibata, Pengadegan, Pejaten Timur, Kebon Baru, Bukit Duri, Balekambang, Cililitan, Cawang, Bidara Cina and Kampung Melayu.

While in Karet, regions that prone to flooding are Karet Tengsin, Pejompongan and Bendungan Hilir. 

"Residents must remain vigilant, because local rainfall also occurred at some point. At the moment, the weather in both the gate drizzle," he said.

Before being reported, the water level at the Katulampa increased. At 3.50 PM, the water reached 120 cm or alert 3. Its normal condition is only 40 cm.
